Title: Help with Gigabyte EX38-DS4 RMA

Hello,my name is Daniel and i'm from POrtugal.
My EX38-DS4 started to give me some trouble a couple of months ago,sometimes it booted at the first try and worked like a charm,some other times it booted but freezed after a minutes and in other times i had to insist a couple of times till it booted.

Now it doesn't boot at all,tried and tested lots of different memory,graphic cards and even psu's.

The store where I bought it closed a few months ago and I have no invoice or any proof of purchase.

How can I see if the board is still in warranty and if so what are the steps to rma it.

You need to contact GGTS as you motherboard is under warranty for three years from the date of manufacture. The form to submit for your local centre is:
