hi
sadly had to rma ud3 throu overclockers.co.uk , it turns out the usb ports had died on it ,any way there are telling that has iam out of the 28 day refund period it now has to go back to giga to be either replaced or repaired and they are saying this takes upto 28 days
just wondering if any of the giga guys can give me an idea on how long there turnarounds take atm
nice mb btw really like it and my first giga product ive bought ,shame it died on but ive had it with other mb`s also

Yes they are pretty nice boards if you've been away from Giga for a while ;)

Yes I would agree however they could do with a bit of work on the BIOS/EFI front. Hopefully with a few more updates the board should be better than ever.

It usually takes a few (3 ~ 5) working days to handle the repair and ship out process from the date the product is received by our GIGABYTE UK RMA dept.
Sometimes it may take longer when we receive a bigger amount of products for repair.
