Flashing to the new F6 bios cuts SSD drive write speeds in half. This is a known issue as ive seen it mentioned elsewhere on the internet. If Giga employees don't read this please someone relay it to them.I've already mailed them myself. Only flashing back to F5 fixes the issue.
I'm not 100% certain this applies only to OCZ Series 3 drives or to all SSD's.Here are pics of F5 then F6 drive tests. Notice the write speed on the F6 bios run.

I think that the best thing to do is contact GGTS for help and to make sure that they are aware of the issue.
Just enter your email address and click on the language of choice.

This is still happening after a totally fresh install. Write speeds are also cut in half with the new F8A beta bios. I dont get why this is happening.

Hi Panthal,
It looks like my issue, see:
http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,6292.0.html (http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,6292.0.html)
Please go into the bios and set:
M.I.T. -> Advanced frequency settings -> Advanced CPU core features -> C3/C6 State Support [Disabled]
the write speed with F6 will probably be restored.
(Thanks to TAFB)
