Title: help with hybrid and autoin acc

i have GA-MA785GMT-UD2H mobo and i want to unlock amd ii x550 but when i go in acc and enable hybrid and auto together the system wont start but if i enable either one of them it will work fine .i can overclock cool upto 3.8 no prob but cannot unlock cores because of this reason.do i have f3 bios.and can u please tell me how to update bios with dmi disabled or how to disable dmi because mine wont change from enable to disable while in q flash mode

i have the f2 and f3 bios for my mobo but in all the info i have read i could not find while in q flash how do i update both main and backup bios.and i cannot even dissable dmi in the q-flash
