Title: Problam With USB deives

hi iv got a problam and cant seam to work it out i keep geting a error within windows its saying that a usb device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limites of its hub i open it up and it says unknown usb-device i keep geting this error and have  no clue how to fix it any ideas would be great thanks in advanced the board im useing is a GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 thanks to any replys you give me cus im telling you now it as me beat

i get a reset option and when i reset i press it and the error comes back again please help if you can :)

its saying power surge as happend on the usb hub and its always the same port it surges on i have a 1200 wat psu coasir
