Title: GA-870A-USB3 rev 3.1 SLIC compatibility
Post by: fizzycat on October 29, 2011, 09:26:06 pm
Hi all, I’m thinking about buying a GA-870A-USB3 rev 3.1 motherboard would anyone be able to tell me if the motherboard bios uses SLIC 2.1 table?
I’ve searched the Gigabyte site but there doesn't seem to be any info regarding SLIC compatibility.

Hi there,

I don't have an answer for you and I don't think the general users on the forum will either. You really need to ask Gigabyte Technical Support this question as they are the only ones who will have the answer.

You can raise a ticket here: http://ggts.gigabyte.com/tech.asp?ClassID=2&Country=U.K.&SourceWeb=B2C but be prepared for a bit of a wait before you get a reply.

From the little I know about SLIC I wouldn't have thought so, but as I said I am no expert on it by far. As absic suggested the best thing is ask the manufacturer.
