Here is my current setup:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3-B3
Proc: Intel i7-2600k
Video: afox radeon 1024mb 6850
RAM: 16gb gskill ripjaws 1600
1x 500gb 7200RPM Hdd
650W CoolerMaster PS
the pc is about a week old now
i put all the computer together and had it running for 2days with windows 7 32bit with 4gbx2 ram on the first 2 ram slots then i went down and bought another 4gbx2 and came home and installed windows 7 64bit and turned off the pc and put the other 2 ram sticks then installed the motherboard drivers and reset the pc as drivers requested after it reset the pc it turned off and back on and wouldnt load past bios.
i tryed to turn off the pc and back on after that happened and when i go to turn it on it turns on for like 2 seconds then turns off then back on goes 2 bios then resets and repeats over and over i have taken all the plugs off the motherboard taken out the battery for 20 minutes removed the cpu put it back in i havnt taken the motherboard out of the case.I have seen this problem on the forum a lot no one ever post how they fixed it. Thanks for all your help and advice.

This is concerned with the boot problem issue, also I noticed that you have brought 2 seperate RAM kits to make 16GB but it may have been more advisable to buy 1 16 GB kit like this one:

I agree. The memory could well be the trouble. Once you have cheked it out as advised you might also want to manually input the timings and voltage into the BIOS if you still have it on Auto.. Because you have filled all the slots and have increased the loading on the memory controller increase the voltage a touch too. If they are 1.5v by default make them 1.55v. If they are more than that like 1.65v you can increase it to 1.68 -1.7v but make sure that the QPI/Vtt stays within 0.5v of it.

The ram is exactly the same its not 2 different brands so its nothing to do with having 2 diffrent sort of ram i didnt know if i wanted 8 or 16 so i started off with 8 and went down and bought the same ram that i already had.
And i have a 650watt power supply i though this at first i dont have another power supply 2 test it pc was working fine for a few days.
I cant get to my bois when i hit delete it resets i try to go anywhere on bois it resets.

It doesn't make any difference! What teknology said is perfectly correct. The memory modules may be the same make and model but they are not a "matched kit". That is a kit of four sticks that have exactly the same electrical characterisics. A matched kit is put together at the factory.

i only have 1 ram in atm i tryed all 4 rams in all 4 spots i unpluged everything and pluged it back in i taken out battery for 20 mins and i cant get into bios it just resets i turn it on it stays on for 2seconds then it turns off and turns back on then it will load 2 the page were ti says hit del for bois i click del and it resets and if i leave it 2 load 2 windows it resets 2 keeps doing it over and over

OK. Try clearing the CMOS by following these instructions exactly
Remove the power cable from the mains supply and then press the power switch on the case for a few seconds just to drain any residual energy in the PSU capacitors.
Once done remove the motherboard battery for at least one hour before replacing it.
Next plug back into the mains supply and boot.
You will now need to enter the BIOS by pressing DEL and load Optimised BIOS Defaults.
Make any other changes to the BIOS settings to suit your self like disabling the floppy drive, disabling the full screen logo and making the HDD the primary boot device and then press F10 to save and exit.

thanks i pull the battery out while im asleep and see how it goes if no luck i mite just take it to a computer shop

That's a pain. Did you follow all the instructions like I said ?
OK next thing is to get the Backup BIOS to flash it's contents over to the Main BIOS. This may take a few trys as the timing has got to be right.
You can kick in the backup BIOS by shutting down the PSU from the wall, then hold down your case power button in and then turn on the power supply button, a few seconds later the board will start, shut off the power supply then. Then you can turn on the power supply again and power up the board normally and DualBIOS will kick in.
