include a screen shot of what bios reading you are confused about someone can tell you what you want to know. I am going thru the manual right now but alot of times they are vauge about overclocking.

CPU overclock in MHZ   Default is 200.  Change that value to what you want and hit f-10 to save and exit. It is always wise to go to like 202 and restart and try it. Then 204 and say you get to 218 and it wont start go back in and change cpu voltage to 1 spot higher than it is. If it still wont start turn cpu voltage back to normall and lower the cpu overclock.

I am in now way responsible if you damage anything overclocking isnt for someone that cant afford it i threw away a 2 week old 500. processor  one time cause i fried it and i was lucky thats all that got fried.
