Hello,
I'm running a new rig with a 2500k, Corsair Force 3 90GB SATA 3 SSD, 8GB G.Skill sniper low profile RAM, new OCZ Z-Series 850w PSU, and a GTX 460 (other 460 needs to be RMA'd). Whenever I want to play a game on Steam, I get BSOD's when my Turtle Beach PX21's are plugged in the front USB 3.0 ports. I get a BSOD blaming EtronXHCI.sys. This also happens sometimes when I plug in my Rosewill external hard drive. My drivers are updated from the Gigabyte website- version 105. Is there a solution to this problem?

Have you tried in the Rear (Back Panel) USB ports?
Have you activate a USB3 in BIOS?
Have you a same problem with a Back panel USB2 ports?

Yes, my device works via USB 2.0 in the back. Yes, USB 3.0 is enabled in the BIOS. Although I am not trying to obtain USB 3.0 speeds, I would like to use the front two USB ports on my Corsair 500R for ALL USB devices, USB 2.0 and 3.0. I get BSOD's when I just plug in the Turtle Beach headset in the USB 3.0 port. If I'm lucky, it will not crash; however when I launch a game, such as TF2, I get a BSOD. I have attached the crash report.

I have do not read, at this moment, the CrashReport... so check my add ''EDIT01:'' in this post or Topic. In more later, when I have read.
So I suggest you to verify with Corsair Website. (Technical service by exemple...) if your USB3 in Front panel it is indeed the signal USB3. Sometimes this is not the case.

I've updated my drivers. I still get BSOD. My front USB ports are indeed USB 3.0. I believe a RMA is in order.

Your STOP code on the BSOD normally points towards an increase in your QPI/Vtt voltage being necessary.
I would advise you to try using the rear USB ports and they all should work as long as the USB3.0 option is enabled in the BIOS as all ports and cables should be backwards compatible. If you get it all running ok then you can try and switch them to the fornt ports but the main thing is functionallity first.
If the option is enabled in the BIOS and the correct drivers are loaded then if it still doesn't work I would say you have a fault somewhere. :-\

You could try re-installing/repairing the etron drivers.

I know this is an old thred, but maybe others will reach this site.
The issue is caused by the Etron USB 3.0 host controller (EJ168A).

I've received a replacement board from Gigabyte. My BIOS is U1H now (UEFI BIOS). I still have issues with my USB 3.0 ports. The driver version is .113.
I'll plug in my ADATA S102 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive in the front USB 3.0 port on my Corsair 500R utilizing the 20 pin USB 3.0 header, and when copying any file to and from the drive, Windows shows as if there was nothing in the drive. I'm 100% certain there is data on my ADATA drive.
It appears that the rear USB 3.0 port works. My qualms are with the front port USB 3.0. What can I do about this persistent issue?
Also, I've ran ATTO benchmark on my ADATA drive on the two front USB 3.0 ports. The first left 3.0 port seems to not be functioning at 100%- I get a maximum transfer rate of 42MB/sec read, 30MB/sec write. The other front 3.0 port seems to be functioning at full speeds. I've ran another test utilizing the 3.0 port on the rear part of my motherboard, and results are similar to the right front 3.0 port.
