I'm new to motherboards and was thinking of installing a GA-G41MT-S2P board. I'd planned on using 2, 4gig sticks of Corsair DDR3 XMS3-PC3-10600-1333 RAM. The manual for the MB says 1333(OC) which i assume is overclocked. If I just put the memory in without tweaking the BIOS will it run ok but a slower speed? Is it difficult to OC the RAM? Will there be any issues? The CPU is Core 2 Quad Q3800 @ 2.50GHz.

Hi and welcome.
The main thing when purchasing memory for your motherboard is to make sure that it is compatible. Most memory manufacturers have a list on their website that lists what RAM they have tested with which motherboard. If you check this first then you shouldn't have any great problems.
As you summised memory will generally run at a slower speed quite happily and so if it is rated at 1600 you can run it at 1333 with no problems and I won't go into it now but sometimes it can even work out faster by doing so.
Corsair is normally very good quality RAM.
