Title: GA-P67A-UD3
Post by: Gwennie on February 25, 2012, 07:59:04 am
Hello,

I purchased a GA-P67A-UD3 about a year ago. Since then I have had 2 hard drives and 2 DVDs die. Googleing my experience I find that there was a recall on these motherboards. How do I go about getting this one replaced?

Thanks
Gwen

Hi Gwennie and welcome.

I am not absolutely sure that the recall still exists but that was nothing to do with dying drives but to do with the Cougar Point chipset that Intel made. It had the possibility of failing in some cases.

You would need to contact your retailer first off.
