Title: Australia RMA?
Post by: mmarasco on March 24, 2012, 05:01:50 pm
Hi everyone

I was hoping to ask if Gigabyte has an Australian RMA process or is it simply going back to place of purcahse? The hardware in question is a Gigabyte GTX 580 Superoverclock edition GPU.

The Gigabyte warranty details are somewhat ambiguous and I am not sure how to handle this matter. I know this is the UK community forums so I'm not sure if this is handled here...

More details of my particular problem was posted here:

Please note, in the past I have gone back to place of purchase but I am hoping to deal with this matter personally with Gigabyte rather than going through a proxy.

Thanks very much!

Kind regards,
Michael.M

Hi

Gigabyte always recommends that the first port of call if you have a problem should be the retailer however it is possible to contact them directly. Here is the documentation with regard to this:
