the computer's bios writings, green, mixed colors. the driver will not load see windows 7 standard graphics card. What could be the problem. card is working

Hi

It would seem that the drivers for the card aren't being loaded or are not there even.  Are you sure that you have the card installed correctly with the extra power cables and in the correct slot ?

A few more details would help like your component list etc.
