Set voltage manually to 1.6 then set timings to  9-9-9-25 and set to 1600 mghtz. If that doesnt work set timings back to 10-10-10-26 and unganged mode and try that but keep voltage at 1.6. You can download cpuz to see what it is rated at and what timings to change in bios.

Report back so we know how it goes.

Also visit the section titled overclocking with amd  you will find alot of useful info and get more replies.

Thank you for your reply.I have contact gigabyte support and so here what they kindly reply
'' Thank you for your kindly mail and inquiry. About the issue you mentioned, due to AM3+ CPU limitation, for AMD website please click HERE. Only one DIMM per channel is supported for DDR3-1866MHz and higher speed as using an AM3+ CPU. Therefore, please install your two KHX21C11T3K2/16X memory modules into the DDR3_1 and DDR3_3 OR DDR3_2 and DDR3_4sockets.

We suggest you can press <Ctrl> + <F1> in the main menu of the BIOS Setup program to see more advanced BIOS Setup menu options. And then please enter MB Intelligent Tweaker (MIT) BIOS setup program to set "Profile1" in "DRAM E.O.C.P" BIOS item. Please do not reset/manually set any BIOS items. However, if the problems still occurs, please contact your supplier for a direct examination."

So i set profile1 .After that as you suggest and becouse kingston mems oparetes from 1.5 -1.65 v i manually set 1.610v
So after all these i am able to have a working 1866Mhz memory speed and that is 9.33 multiplyer.
I can not go to 2133Mhz.
By overclocking the FSB to 206 i am now to 1921Mhz memory speed.
Well i do beleve that i am ok but i am really wontering if i can go to 2133.Any help?

Thank you.

Just my two cents but i think i would stay where you are at if it stays stable. AM3+ cpus are very picky about ram and speed of it where you are at seems good for what you have.
Just remember if you push it to hard you could damage the PCB and i doubt if any manufacture would warranty that. Now might be others that have different advice i will leave this thread alone since i dont have anything more to offer you i am sorry. But there are others that i see answer post i dont have a clue about i guess it happens...lol gday mate

Add to this the "pickyness" of the Kingston kits.

Had trouble with sticks sold as dual channel being unable to run dual channel practically ,at the advertised speed.I would avoid Kingston if AMD CPU is used.
Usually if the Kingston is rated 1866Mhz it will work properly at 1600Mhz  ,while the stated 1600Mhz would run properly at 1333Mhz and so on.
They have a nice logo though :)

What could he push hard as long as the voltage is at 1,65V maximum. If the board fails in delivering this voltage then maybe the board is not worthy of it s hype.

FX does not support 2133 Mhz officially so i wouldn t put to much hope in achieving it .
Let it be at 1866 Mhz..
Only some FM2 FX based chips perform better with higher speed RAM due to the GPU side.
