GA-73PVM-S2H not working with Intel Core2Quad Q8200 CPU

Hello.
I used an Intel Core2Duo E7500 processor which worked fine on GA-73PVM-S2H motherboard.
I upgraded the processor to Core2Quad Q8200 (listed in CPU support list) and now my computer won't boot up. I can't even see the post screen and no "Beep" from motherboard. When I put back the E7500 CPU, it works great !
I tried this processor (Q8200) with Intel DG41RQ motherboard and it works with no problem. What can be the problem? Do I need to do something extra to make it work?

What bios are you running? If you are running any bios under F8 it will not run. You need F8 for that CPU to run on that board.

If you need help on updating the bios post back.

I know the bios issue. Before CPU installation I had F8 bios and it didn't work
so I updated to F9E and it not solved the problem.

Does it boot with the other CPU. If it does than there be something wrong with the Q8200.

Motherboard boots with my old CPU E7500 without any problem.
Also checked the Q8200 on Intel DG41RQ motherboard and it works well.

Have you look at the CPU socket to make sure you don't have a bent pin. Have you tried to use different memory.

If my old cpu works so pins are ok.

I don't know if this will work, but on the CPU 12v plug is 4 or 8 plug.

12V 4 pins plug connected.
I don't have 8 pin connector on the motherboard.
