Display problem after reloading BIOS defaults

Display problem after reloading BIOS defaults

X79-UD5
GTX570
3930K
32Gb DDR3  (it's a video editing rig)

Windows 7 Professional

The above system was built for me and originally worked fine, but I lost my boot drive after trying to set up a raid from the BIOS, and reloaded the BIOS defaults while trying to fix it.  I eventually found my boot drive in another part of the BIOS under legacy devices, but since this time I have had a display problem.

For some reason the Disk management windows seems to be the most affected, but it happens with other windows.  They open OK, but corrupt with the trails when resizing by dragging a corner.  I have checked the GTX570 drivers are up to date, and can see that DirectX 11 and Open GL 4.1.0 are installed.  I have trawlled through MB and GPU manuals, and spent a long time Googling for an answer before asking you guys.

Thanks for any help.

I see the image showing the problem is not displaying either, so please use this link.
