Help Needed - Problems installing windows 8 from usb : GA-H87M-HD3

Hello
I had in the past some dual boot with Mac OSX and windows 8 and yesterday i wanted to delete it and got to only windows 8.1 machine.
I've used Gparted to format my 2 SSD to NTSC file system , than did a CMOS reset to the Motherboard and than made myself a new Windows 8 USB drive (using my mac with boot camp assistant).

After i insert my USB to the PC and run it i'm getting to a black screen with flashing lower hyphen and nothing happens...
I have also checked and when i want to choose boot from USB with F12 menu i see still the UFAI Boot names of my previews install

I hope someone can help me

thanks

Greetings,
I'd use these downloads/utilities to create windows install media USB

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home

It sounds like your install media is not being read, but this remains unclear from where we sit.  ;)
