I would try swapping out your PSU(even though it's a decent one) for something a bit heavier. These boards seem to be a bit power hungry.
Gigabyte X58A-UD7
i7 920
Dominators 1600 x6 12GB
6970 2GB
HX850
256GB SSD, Sam 1TB, WDB320GB
Blu-Ray
HAF 932

Gigabyte Z68X-UD5-B3
i7 3770K
Vengeance 1600 16GB
6950 2GB
HCP1200W
Revo Drive x2, 1.5TB WDB RAID0
16x DLRW
StrikeX S7
Full water cooling
3 x 27" Iiy

Oh please don't be silly, his system won't stress any halfway decent PSU, and besides, we are talking "BOOT" here, not load in 3D mode :)

OP, does each stick boot in isolation in DDR3_1?

Intel i7 930 - Venomous-X - Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD9 - EVGA GTX480 - 12gb (6x2gb) OCZ Platinum - Enermax Revolution85+ 1250w - TT Xaser 4000 VI - G-Skill Falcon II 64gb + 7 HDD's - Razer Lachesis+ExactMat - Saitek Eclipse II - LG L246WHX 24" BenQ 24".

I can assure you that I wasn't being silly! I am using a GA-X58A-UD7(the next one to yours) and I couldn't get it to boot with a decent 750w psu. I had to put in a Corsair HX850 to get it stable. Anyway good luck with your new build, I will watch with anticipation.

+1^^ I think it is a power issue. He has memory voltage and MCH voltage in the ballpark, he could list his memory strap for us tho.
