  Welcome  satriani666

"Is this a trick question" ? ;)........  as you have 6 x SATA 3Gb/s connectors supporting up to 6 SATA 3Gb/s devices .... the answer is YES!

Sata II and Sata III drives are backwards compatible......and as we are talking about the western digital - HDD SATA III 2000 GB WD Caviar Green, 3,5", IntelliPower rpm, 64MB, WD20EARX there should be no real problems.

After saying that "Greens" are not the best drives to run the OS off.......there are several features that can become a problem if it's used as a "C" Drive.

SSD will be crippled re performance on the sata II port.....it'll be quicker but you will not realize the full speed of the SSD on that port or any on the board.

Generally there fine for storage ......"F" Drive......"P" Drive......The problems are........even the quick ones rated at 5900rpm will throttle to 5400rpm to save power.....this can happen during the boot cycle if used as an OS drive ....usually resulting in freezes, crashes and BSODs.....and this is just one of the features!

Basically they just try and power down at any opportunity which isn't a good thing when it is being used as a boot drive. For data storage it is fine. It is best to use a Black for booting if you want to stick with Western Digital.
