GV-R685OC-1GD stuttering???

does this card have a stuttering problem??? please help i have witcher 2 updated to latest ptatch. lowest settings or every other setting and causes stuttering when loading areas or just random stuttering sometimes, fps are always high! what is going on i have problems like that from day 1 with the card. but I play crysis 2 smoothly!!! please help!

Correction: the problem seems to be sudden FPS drop at random times. it's witcher 2 or the graphics card? example while moving suddenly FPS drops from 60 to 35-40 for a moment and then back to normal, while just stnanding still and not moving the camera the fps never drop, any suggestions?

Well I don't know what the required hardware is for the games you mention but it would sound as if something isn't meeting them and letting the side down when called upon.
