Well atleast we're not alone. I will say that I think it might be a glitchy bios only because as of today, I have been able to set the memory speeds in the bios and get a good post, all the way into a windows 7 enviornment. I can game or do just about anything. Its when I restart or shut down that I get the error message and the system defaults to 1333. I will also add that when I get a good post @ 2133mhz theres definitely a noticeable difference in performance. Im running an H-80 liquid cooler for my cpu and it runs the same temp overclocked to 4ghz as stock. Very Happy with Vishera so far. I have been a Gigabyte fan for many years and built countless Gigabyte machines.. I really dont want to go a different mobo route..but I would expect the Flagship mobo they produce to run speeds advertised. I also paid $250.00 for this mobo..
