memory GA 990fxa ud3 rev 1.1

Well I did a BIOS update for my motherboard Gigabyte 990FX UD3 just that I do not know why it was 4115 mb reserved for hardware and would like to know if it is normal for appearing as single channel instead of dual chaneel with 4 sticks of memory or dual, I'm 16 gig of ram 1333. already tested all the memories and all are with the same latency.
