GA-F2A75M-D3H Boot problem

New build:
GA-F2A75M-D3H + A10 5800K + 8G Ballistix DDR3L 1600 - Kingston - SSDNow V300 120GB + Cooler master 500W
Bios rev: F4 have upgr to F5 same problem.

1) Power on: CPU fan spins and slows down after a second, black screen.
2) Power off: clear cmos, power on , boot up to bios menu. load default and boot up. pc runs windows 8 ok.
3) Reboot the pc and it back on (1)
Cant see any strange in the bios menu. save and exit, the pc reboots and den its back to (1).
Have change cmos battery to be sure its ok.

Broken motherboard?

I found out that the menory in slot 2 was not working.
Now i have change to a diffrent typ of memory and its worikng fine. SOLVED   :D
