GA-MA78LMT-S2 POWER ON PROBLEM

hi everybody working in gigabyte ... i have a gigabayte amd motherboard

GA-MA78LMT-S2 Rev3.4
ram : 4 x 4 Giga 1333 Mhz
CPU ATHLON X2
HDD 500 GO WD
PSU 500W Cooler master

my problem is that my pc was turned off for 10 days i wasnt at home ... then i come to turn it on and there is no respond from the MB no bips the PC is ON all led of PC on the CPU FAN turn normaly but any repond off the MB when i press ON button for 4 sec dont turn OFF the PC why ??? this
sorry for my post i'm new in this forum hope that i was clearly good in my problem description  :-[ ... thanks ...  :)

Try with another power supply.
Some electrical shock may have come either thru the PSU either thru the network cable if they were connected.
Or the PSU is old and the capacitors in it gone bad.
