Hi,
I have the Gigabyte X79-UD7 and I upgraded to the F12 BIOS, and now my system will not boot at all. It goes through all the startup sequence looking at the LED display, and it freezes on error code "0E". I don't even see the gigabyte splash on my monitor. I tried resetting the CMOS by pressing the button on the back of the mobo, and shorting the pins and no luck.
It so seems I may need to RMA my mobo.
Has this happened to anyone before?
I'm using a Sandy Bridge-E 3930k.
