Hi,
A few months ago I'd purchased a pre-owned, but not used, GTX 780 online. After finally setting up my PC I've come to notice a loud buzzing noise whenever the card is under stress (See

It is much louder than present in the video as my microphone has some troubles, and I have made sure that it is not the fan by altering the fan speed to 100% at low stress. I'm wondering if there is anyway to tell what this is? I've looked into coil whine but it doesn't seem to have as higher frequency as that, and instead is a low humming/buzzing. If anyone has any fixes or solutions to this problem that would be great! Thanks
PC Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte X79-UP4
CPU: Intel i7-3820 @ 3.60GHz
Memory: 8GB Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair HX 650W
I haven't overclocked anything or altered any factory settings.
