I recently just received my new GTX 770, and I've been anything but thrilled with it's performance. From what I've seen online this card should be able to max out every game out there with 60+ average FPS. I've not seen this. My card struggles to get above 30 FPS on max settings. I've tried installing a fresh copy of Windows, no difference. I really need help fixing this. Below is my computers specifications, and results for in game testing (everything on absolute maximum settings).
