Having an issue with my new build PC. Im not getting any option to enter the Bios at all on start up. If I start the machine with just the SSD attached (no bootable USB/keyboard) I will get the command 'Reboot and Select proper boot device or insert boot media in seclected device and press any key' If I start with USB and Keyboard attached I get no error at all, just blank screen, no beeps etc again with no ability to change boot sequence no matter what I press.
Have already sent the motherboard back to overclockers.co.uk where it was tested and said to be working fine, however I cannot get into bios at all. Hooked up a dvd drive and windows 10 ISO on disk. It seems to be trying to do something but never actually displays anything on screen other than a black screen (however doesnt show no signal recieved, so it is sending something). Funny thing is, if I insert an old win 7 recovery disk, it will load and attempt a recovery even if there is nothing to recover.
I have removed the battery an left the out overnight as well as clearing the CMOS.
Went through one stick of ram in each slot
Tried connecting my 1 tb hard drive instead of SSD
Have used a USB, PS2 and Wireless Keyboard with the same results.
At my wits end with this build now. Below are a list of components. The motherboard and CPU were both B grade which I am now regretting as I doubt I would have got these problems with brand new parts.
