« on: April 09, 2017, 06:52:19 am »
Hello all,

I want to buy gigabyte ga-h270-d3h and connect to it Intel 750 series 400gb ssd AIC.
My question is the MB support booting from such driver?
The drive connects to the PCIe3.0 x4 slot

Thanks,
Daniel

Greetings Daniel,
This might work, but I wouldn't bet on it.  Please consider using an M.2 NVMe such as a 960 EVO/Pro.  R/W bandwidth on it is better than the 750 and you can be sure the board will boot from it. The 500GB EVO is $75 less than a 400GB 750.
