Z490 Aorus Master No M.2 in BIOS

Recently saw an update for the BIOS, F22. Before trying to update from F21 I went into the BIOS to check all the settings. I noticed I couldn't see either of the 2 M.2 drives? The BOOT drive, a Samsung 970 Pro 512GB boot drive and a 970 EVO 1TB data drive. Both are working and seen in Windows 10. I also have SATA drives attached, a Samsung 2TB SSD and 2 Seagate 2TB mechanical drives. All are working just fine. Long ago when I built the system I'm sure I could see the 512 boot drive.

The last drive added about a year ago was the 2nd M.2 a 970 EVO Plus. I don't remember looking for it in the BIOS.

Any Idea's on why I can't see the M.2's in the BIOS but they both work fine?

I'm hesantant to update the BIOS because of this.

Sorry but there isn't a lot people that post here. But in the Bios you can find all your drives. It is where you have to look. First once you get in there you can switch back and forth from easy mode to advanced mode by hitting "F2"

Make sure you are in Advanced Mode. Go over to settings and click on the IO Ports. In there you should be able to see all your drives. Just look under like NVMe Configuration & Sata and RST Configuration.

If you go over to Boot and in Boot option 1 & 2. The reason there are not there is because it is how the are listed in order.

Plus when it comes updating your Bios. You really only do that if you are having a problem. "If it isn't broke don't fix it"
