GA-X79-UD5 with 32GB RAM (2 x 16GB Corsair kits (4 x 4))

Hi everyone, we are about to buy a new rig and I have a question:

We are opting to get the GA-X79-UD5 which has 8 memory slots and we would like to fill them up with 4GB sticks for a total of 32 GB of system RAM.

We can get two sets of Corsair 16 GB (4 x 4) CMZ16GX3M4X1600C9G.

Are these compatible or are we gonna be having issues?

We have already looked at the RAM compatibility tables for the m/b but we can't really understand if this combo will work, it only mentions CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 and still we can't understand if we can fill all slots. The shop we are buying from said they might not be compatible but I guess here is the right place to ask.

It's 1600mhz and the motherboard supports quad channel, so yes you should be fine.

The memory support table for your board found here shows CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 as being fine, so CMZ16GX3M4X1600C9G should be good to go.
