Anyone using all 4 RAM slots on GA-880GA-UD3H ver. 2.1?

Has anyone had any luck using all 4 RAM slots on the GA-880GA-UD3H motherboard?  I'd like to use 4 X 4GB sticks of the Kingston Hyper X Blu Red DDR3 1600.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104339&name=Desktop-Memory&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=361116&SID=FWb88p59

Hi there and Welcome to the gigabyte forum. As in answer to your quest i have one simular and it runs them at spec timings on 4 x 2 gig sticks of gskill 1600. The ram list for the board includes that speed and sometimes it is hard with all the different releases of models then revisions to keep up to date the memory list.

I myself would trust them id run them at 1600 and spec timings and you should be ok.  Now i have been wrong before but so far most of my ram isnt on the list and it all works some even oc a bit. Wish i could say i had that exact board but i dont and in 20 or 30 gigabyte boards i used never had a problem using ram not on list and no customers ever complained of crashes or i would of heard about it...LOL.

Again Welcome to gigabyte forum if not satisfied with my answer maybe someone with that board will chime in. I doubt you will have to run them at the rated 1.65 but you might i would set timings and see if it beeps or blues out set voltage to 1.65.

Was your 4 X 2gb set up a quad channel kit or 2 kits of 2x2?

It was a dual channel kit but when using all 4 slots is best to buy all four in the same kit which i didn't do but i did use same model and brand just bought the second kit a few months later.

They had a camafloge kit buy a different maker which i bought first but for some reason it didnt like the 2 different kits even though speed was same so i put them in kids puter and took a chance and bought  another kit of 2 x 2 gig but same brand and model and they all four worked.

Now on my personal computer now i bought all four in the same kit as it is recommended here in these forums to do it that way for best results and have 4 x 4 gig gskill running a tad over 1600 they are rated to run next speed up i figure that way if i do upgrade to bulldozier or piledriver then i can use my same ram just OC to the 1833 speed and save a bit of cash.

I was always upgrading CPU's and ram and MB and video card to try to get decent speed for video processing and so on and raided hard drives wasnt until i got a six core 1090T with 16 gigs of ram and a 240 GIG SSD that i am now satisfied with my boot times and speed of everything i use.

Yeah, that would do it I think...   ;D  I have the SSD and and X4 cpu, now I just need that 16GB's of 1600 ram...
