Z77x-UD5H is not booting debug LED stuck at AE

My PC is running fine for last 2 days after updating Bios
But today it is crashing suddenly & No display on the screen & LED goes to sleep mode
I switched off by pressing power button then switched on it again.It worked for me for 2 3 times
Now when it crashed i did the same but this time it won't boot up & no display on screen Bios Debug LED stuck at AE.
Plz help me in this regard

Board: Z77x-UD5H
Pro: i5 3570k at stock 3.8 Ghz
Ram: Corsair Dominator 4Gx2 in slot 1 & 3
GPU: HIS Ati HD 6970 Iceq Turbo Edition
PSU: Corsair 1000W

The first idea I would try is to disable all the sleep/power saving modes in the BIOS.

what' bios version you updated?
f14 or f15d?  http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte/28441-gigabyte-latest-beta-bios.html
you may clear CMOS to boot up.

I updated the bios to f14 from gigabyte site
I found that its a problem of PCI Express slot
I placed my GPU in 2nd PCI Express slot
PC is working fine for hours & hours after changing the slot of GPU
I will replace my mobo as it is in warranty
