MA790X-UD3P BIOS
« on: December 20, 2009, 01:30:57 pm »
Hi guys,

Is it possible to download the F6 BIOS update manually and use it with @BIOS? When I try to update from the gigabyte server I get the message "Cann't get "bios.ini" file in selected @BIOS server" no matter which server I select.

Thanks.

Hi,
Go to gigabyte.co.uk and download from there,
Do not use @bios, it can cause a lot of problems!
Use Q-flash to update your bios,
Cheers

Thanks for the reply, but there isn't a gigabyte.co.uk - do you mean gigabyte.com? If so, all I can find on there in regards to my Mobo is the @BIOS link.

Hey mate, thanks for the replies.

I must be going blnd and/or stupid as I can't seem to find a download for the BIOS on GIGABYTE's website, all I find is the @BIOS download.

Could you point me in the right direction?

Thanks for all the help!

However that page just contains links to @BIOS unfortunately, and I cannot see any for the actual BIOS file itself.

Merry Christmas!  :)

Hi
http://www.giga-byte.co.uk/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_DownloadFile.aspx?FileType=BIOS&FileID=15299
This is the bios file F6, Download and save to desktop, then load to usb or floppy, then use Q-Flash, ;D
