USB flash drives loads immediately in device manager (disk drives) but takes about 35 or more seconds to load in "my computer". Before this happened they loaded almost instantly and were ready for use. After loading slowly the devices seem to perform as they should. This happens with about 5 different drives. Mobo is a GA-Z68A-D3H-B3.
I have updated every mobo. driver and installed and reinstalled the usb drivers and even renamed the devices. I have also checked for programs running in the background ... as well as modified the hosts files and the registry ... all to no avail. BTW I have tried many different usb ports including the usb3.0 port.
Any suggestions?
