GA-P55A-UD3 vs. GA-P55-UD3R - OCing differences between the two?

Hey guys,

I'm on the verge of scoring a GA-P55A-UD3 for VERY cheap - however there are literally no reviews available of it on the internet.

It seems VERY similar to the GA-P55-UD3R, but they have slightly different PCI and PCI-express x1 slots, and different I/O panels.  I've read many reviews and am very impressed with the UD3R's OCing capabilities.

My question is; will the GA-P55A-UD3 overclock as well as the UD3R?    Will they have similar BIOS updates, etc.?

FWIW I plan to use an i7 750 with some G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 RAM and ONE video card.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know about ud3r overclocking but I have a ud3 set up and it is running GREAT @ 4GHz.
