GA-Z77MX-D3H TH - three monitors setup

Hi,
I have a GA-Z77MX-D3H TH  mainboard, I can't get my configuration with 3 monitors working, I only get maximum 2 screen available at the same time, not 3 !

My configuration :

- Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
- Intel Core i7-3770K
- 16GB RAM
- SSD Corsair 250GB
- no other card or USB devices connected (except USB mouse & keyboard)

I tried all kind of configuration, in particolar using the 2 Thunderbolt port built in + 1 HDMI or 1 VGA as advertised, but it doesn't work

Any luck with this? I'm having the same problem with my Z77X-UP5 TH. I can only get 2 monitors working with DVI and hdmi, but if I try to do any combo including the advertised HDMI and 2 x thunderbolt/mini display port option the thunderbolt/mini display ports never output anything and I can't see any additional monitors in windows 8.
