Had this system since August (self build) and decided to update the bios on this board to the Ua5 UEFI version.
Created the bootable USB stick, copied the files over and rebooted (having set the bios settings back to default) to boot from USB.
It run the flash (having flash both bios chips) process and then told me to turn off the computer, turn it off at the back, remove the power lead and and them re insert and turn it back on.
As soon as I turned it back on I had a boot loop, on the second attempt it booted only to display a blank screen and no more.
Turned the PC off and rebooted.
This time I get the bios splash screen, won't accept any input (to enter bios options) and after awhile the bios splash screen goes away and then the computer displays a black screen (backlight is on just no image).
Any ideas? Bad flash, dead board, RMA time or is there something I can do to try and resurrect it?
