Cannot update F43 bios on 7950

I tried the FY1 and FX1 BIOS and the message I get is the BIOS doesn't match.  I'm currently using the F43 version.  Any ideas?

Hi!

Just curious, where did you get the new bios?
I flashed a few gpus before and its does have strict procedures. You need to use the exact bios for the particular brand, model and variant. Meaning, you can't use the bios for a 7950 with 2gbs of ram to one with 3gbs or one that is factory overclocked based on my experience.

It lists 6 of them, and the only one that worked was f42 to f43.  Sad to see the last update was last year.  I have no idea what the 3/22/2013 BIOS are for then.

yeah.. gpu bios updates are rare. I dunno how gigabyte or amd does it, I only flashed nvidia cards.
you should wait for gigabyte staff to answer.
