is there a UEFI Bios for this board? and whats the main differance between F9 and F10a? and down the line will it be better off buying the Rev 3.0 Board of the UD3?

Revision 3 has the UEFI BIOS. The main difference between F9 and F10a is the F10a has an updated AHCI ROM version.

If you want UEFI you need version 3.0.
Apart from the mouse support can t see the goods of the UEFI ,it just added more problems.
On the other hand Gigabyte seems to be slow lately in updating non UEFI BIOS-es so maybe ,if you want better BIOS support you could switch to version 3.0
