I'm not sure if I understand your question, but if you want to run a program on your video card, then install the drivers for it.  I don't recommend using the CD that came with the video card as they are outdated.  try getting them from the manufacturer's website if possible.

Which program to be specific? A game? Your problem will most likely be resolved by running in compatibility mode...

I see!  I have a testing question too, but I need an answer.

What if I connect 2 different PCI-E vga cards to my PC ? Will I be able to connect 3 monitors ?

It is possible to connect two different but the same make cards to one board because they use the same drivers. It won't work in the way Eyefinity does though. You will find it much more restricting.

Well they both use the same AMD Catalyst drivers so you could try it and see. Let us know how you get on.
