By disabling the C-state power management options in your BIOS ( C1E, C3 & C6/C7) some users are getting better stablility with 4 stics of RAM, you might wanna give that a try?

The relevant C-State settings are in MIT > Advanced Frequency Settings > Advanced CPU Core Features I think. That's quoting from the manual but if you still can't find them then let me know and i'll go into the BIOS and double-check. The settings that worked for me were to disable C1e, C3, C6/C7 but leave EIST and Thermal Monitor enabled. You can also check if its the same issue as me by taking 2 DIMMs out and seeing the system remains stable on optimised default settings.

There is also a newer beta BIOS about (f5g). If you can't get it from the website I can probably sort out a link for it if i'm allowed to post it.
