Good Evening.

My name is Seferopoulos Stratos and I am the owner of the gigabyte 7970 GPU card with code number sn131001063617 . This card broken down suddenly in 9/6/2013 while I was gaming. The first thing I have done was to give the card to the shop I bought it, which name is ''OK COMPUTER'',in 11/6/2013 . The owner of the shop sent the card to the main dealer of this product here in Greece, which name is ''OKTABIT A.E'', After two days in 13/6/2013 they informed me from ''OK COMPUTER'' that the main dealer refused to fix or replace the card via the guarantee, because the card had a ''burned element''.And today 19/6/13 i informed from Gigabyte via my dealer that they refused too. At this point I would like you to know that I preferred to buy 8x GIGABYTE 7970 GPU'S rather than another's company's product .I would prefer to had chosen another company...I am fully dissapointed with the way Gigabyte handled my issue because I have paid 450,00 EURO for this card which worked only for three months. I am also dissapointed with the fact that I was expecting from a company like GIGABYTE and its associates to provide me with reliability, high quality of its products and even better customer service.Gigabyte and the associates did not handle my issue properly.
