aivia m8600 recharging problem

I bought this gaming muose 2 weeks ago (on ebay) and all used to work fine, but now I'm expecting a very weird problem.
The leds normally show:
the battery charge level (when the mouse is on battery)
running green lights (when the mouse is plugged in)
dpi sensitivity (when the dpi buttons are pressed)
the problem is that the mouse indicates ( through the running green lights) that the mouse is in charge, even if it isn't plugged-in. this makes the battery level unreadable. what can I do? If the only solution is bringing it back to an care point, where can I go?

Hi guys! :)
You just need to unplug it and plug it again in the other USB thing.
im using the K8100, its a very good keyboard but too many problems i guess. My "i" key doesn't work at the moment and i'll try to get a refund if possible. Great keyboard but too many probs
