I've been trying to solve this problem on my own for a while now and hope to find any solution on official forum:)
I've got rev.1 Z77X-D3H + GV-R797OC-3GD and they seem to have an issue. Every time I restart my computer it freezes before POST and my monitor turns off. Sometimes I get it while starting windows. If I turn it off and back on, that's no problem. I have no such issues on integrated GPU and didn't have it on HD 7870.
Memory is tested, same thing happens on every single RAM. Voltage is tested with a meter 3, 5 and 12V lines are stable. Current bios version is F16.

I5 3570K + Termalright HR02 Macho Black White+ G.Skill RIPJAWS X DDR3 4x4GB 1600MHZ CL9 , SSD: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB HDD: Seagate 1TB
TT Smart M750W
