motherboard : GA-880GM-D2H
bios : F6
sm bios : 2.4
ram : 8gb
graphics : geforce 9800 gtx
system : windows 7 64bit

Well i never was happy with gigabyte and now gigabyte tells me again i was right to be unhappy.

I bought that motherboard due to no luck of money and now i have a very annoying and dunno how bad it is.

Motherboard started making some anoyings beeps when i was running applications - beep - beep - beep - beep - beep - very long beep maybe more than 20 minutes.

Sometimes systems shuts down from its own.
It doesn't power one if i dont unplug the power cable and wait about 5 mins.

1 week later started beeping from the power on .
BEEP computer powers on - LONG BEEP TILL I CANT HEAR IT MORE AND I SHUT IT DOWN. i waitted about 30 minutes and it was keep beeping
1 continious long beep.

Now it keeps beeping but i use my pc without the speaker plugged in.

It is in varranty still i think , what should i do ?

The manual doesn't say nothing at all for that .

Hi there,

you don't say what processor you are running.

Beeps that start whilst PC is running coupled with the PC shutting down could indicate an overheating problem have you checked system temperatures?
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.

Change RAM.
Over & Out !

AMD FX (APU-s included) users should install - KB2645594 & KB2646060 under Windows 7

1.ASUS Sabertooth 990FX 2.0 + FX 6300 + H60
2.MSI A88X-G41 PC Mate + A8 5600K + Hyper TX 2
3.Gigabyte F2A75-D3H + A4 5300
4.ASUS AM1M-A + Athlon 5150
