Open driver handle failure for GA0H61M-D2H

I ve installed 7 Ultimate 32-bit OS with i3 3210 on GA-H61M-D2H with 4GB RAM without any GPU using one 500GB HDD.
When at the board installation I used xpress install to install all of them and after chipset install when asked for utilities I cancelled it by chosing no.Yesterday,I tried to do that but right after the disc insertion when the board menu was supposed to be open(after autoplay) it says a msg that open driver handle failure.Same thing happened when I downloaded latest or the same drivers/utilities and tried to execute them.

while digging a bit more I found a CPU support list in which my processor is not enlisted;don't know why because the board is supposed to support all of the FC/LGA1155/1156 socket type 22nm processors i.e.2nd and 3rd generation core i series processors.
I certainly did not expected this after a user of almost a decade of Gigabyte boards.

Also my BIOS is F5(latest);but it is not EFI.And I am not intrested in that as well, but the Intel Rapid Start Technology and others will come in handy.
One more thing,in BIOS I saw a 'performance enhance' option categorised as 'standard, turbo and extreme'.Since,my by default set is 'standard' what will happen if I choose the extreme one.Is it overclocking and will it certainly help because right now I am also facing some speed issues which weren't supposed to happen in this i3 series system.
In short this system isn't better than my laptop which is a core 2 duo with 160GB and 2GB memory and a NVIDIA GEforce 8400MGS.
