Debug port on GA-Q87M-D2H

Debug port on GA-Q87M-D2H

Hello

I am gonna work with vpro, and yesterday I simple broke my bios. The AMT tab is disappeared now.
Is there any specific protocol for the debug port? Is that EHCI?
Can I flash bios with this port?
What can  i use else to solve my problem.
