In ALL games, cs:go, bf3, fc3 ect...
Even on low. I lose like 50 fps for 20 seconds
I get this fps stutter and fps drop. I don't know what to do any more.
I've tried updating my amd drivers for my gpu and downgrading my drivers, I tried Over-clocking my 2D clocks and down-clocking... I've even RE-INSTALLED windows, but to no avail....
So please, please help me!

During January 2013 this pc ran like a charm, with no lag spikes or stuttering.
Temps are never over 55.
