GA-965P/DS3 and IO Front Panel
« on: February 18, 2010, 09:29:19 pm »
I would like to use the front panel on my system case, CM Stacker 830SE qith my GA-965P/DS3 mobo. I am confused on what module to use for the HD sound. The diagram for the Azalia HD does not match what the label on the cable on the I/O Panel list with what the diagram in the case manual shows for starters. I am waiting to see if Cooler Master will answer. As for the mobo, it has HD audio (Realtech), nothing for Azalia; these two HD audios are not interchanable are they? I thought Azalia was for an Intel chip. The sound is working, I am just trying to get the MIC working. The MIC works in the rear, but not easy to get to. Using the MIC, I can hear it thru the speakers, hence some feedback. How to correct this? Thanks.
